I bought a Mac Mini last weekend to start playing with this tool. This has mostly been to begin exploring what is actually achievable for a layman user. A few notes:

1. Most of the functions are downloaded as extensions. You have to be careful because there can be malware.

2.The API costs can really add up if you are not running a local model!

3. It's fairly obvious to me that we will all be running agents within the next year. These are extremely cool and helpful.

Great round up! So, do you have your own openclaw?

I have the same question. To me, this still seems at a stage where it's more for tech savvy individuals.

For sure. And personally, my emails and text messages are not so overwhelming that I need to outsource them anyway. So it wouldn't be that useful as far as I can tell.

Fascinating stuff, I'm really curious how it will evolve once agents can persist for much longer periods of time with less hallucinations.

Right now, the persistent AI reminds me a bit of Mr Meeseeks from Rick and Morty. It’s meant for a short task and the longer we force it to exist the more things kind of go off the rails lol.

I think persistence will be a feature this year because it’s a core part of agentic AI.
